Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Continuing with the reservation implies agreement and commitment to abide by them. Phoenix Badminton reserves the right to cancel any reservation or refuse entry and withhold refunds to any customer who fails to comply with the rules.

Booking & Cancellations

1.1) We encourage all customers to use our online booking system to avoid potential human errors. Our staff can assist customers facing difficulties with internet or online payments and complete the process on your behalf. However, you are responsible for verifying the booking details and taking full responsibility for the outcome.

1.2) Prices are for hourly use of each court only and do not include badminton equipment or shuttlecocks. You can bring your own, or purchase or rent equipment at Phoenix Badminton.

1.3) Customers are responsible for playing only during reserved times and on the assigned court. Late arrival does not entitle you to extended playtime. To extend playtime or add courts, please contact reception. If granted, fees will apply, charged at a minimum of one hour and at the highest applicable court rate.

1.4) Phoenix Badminton reserves the right to reassign your court if necessary. If you have specific court preferences, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee it.

1.5) If a booking is cancelled 24 hours or more before the reserved time, a refund will be credited to your account (excluding online transaction fee). For long-term bookings, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. No refund is given for cancellations made less than the required notice period.

Conditions & Terms

2.1) It is your responsibility to assess your own physical condition and avoid excessive or unsafe activity. Participation is not recommended for individuals with serious medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, heart disease) or those recovering from serious illness or injury.

2.2) Appropriate sporting attire is required at all times. Only badminton shoes and non-marking sports shoes (no black soles) are permitted on court. Shirts must be worn at all times within the premises.

2.3) All entrants must behave respectfully and follow the lawful instructions of Phoenix Badminton staff. Abusive language, derogatory remarks, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

2.4) Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within Phoenix Badminton premises. Food may only be consumed in designated seating areas.

2.5) Parents or coaches are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of children under their care.

2.6) Pets and animals are not allowed inside the Phoenix Badminton facility.

2.7) Please remove all rubbish before leaving. Trash bins are located near the seating areas. Used shuttlecocks should be placed in the collection bin next to the court poles.

2.8) Courts are for badminton only (games, training, coaching). All other activities (e.g., filming commercial content) require prior written approval from Phoenix Badminton. All advertising spaces are owned by Phoenix Badminton. No form of advertising or promotion is allowed without consent.

2.9) Phoenix Badminton is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal property within the premises. Customers are solely responsible for their belongings.

2.10) Security cameras operate throughout Phoenix Badminton facilities. By entering, you acknowledge you may be recorded. We are committed to protecting your privacy—booking and billing information is stored securely and not shared with third parties.

2.11) Equipment that may come into contact with the ground (e.g., shuttle machines) requires prior permission before being brought into the facility.

2.12) Any entrant who causes damage to Phoenix Badminton property or equipment will be responsible for all repair or replacement costs, as determined by Phoenix Badminton.

2.13) Phoenix Badminton reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from its facility for failure to comply with these terms.
